Yelena Blond did not speak much English when she moved to the United States from Ukraine in 1994, but as she mastered the English language, she had brought with her a unique skill that made her new U.S. friends take notice: Sewing with a personal touch. Yelena already had an eye for fashion, and as she developed and mastered her gift of sewing she was able to blend it warm personality her love of people; to make a difference for her customers special events.

Formal owner of  Rydell’s Tailoring.  Yelena has over 30 years of experience.  She is a master at putting together the perfect look for her clients, but she also is an expert at making each one of her customers feel at home. She loves to encourage and talk to people, so when you visit Thread the Needle Bridal Dress and Suit Alterations, you will come in a stranger, and leave as a well-dressed friend.
